About The Role
We seek a skilled Group Financial Accountant to oversee the financial accounting across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and providing financial insights. You will collaborate with leadership, auditors, and teams to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare consolidated financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
2. Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of group results.
3. Coordinate submission of financial reports to management and stakeholders.
4. Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial trends.
5. Manage intercompany recharges, reconciliations, and policies.
6. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
7. Ensure proper recording, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions.
8. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
9. Lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
10. Liaise with tax advisors for tax compliance.
Qualifications
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Experience in financial accounting, preferably in a group/multinational setting.
* Knowledge of financial reporting practices.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Experience leading financial audits.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
