Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership (Relief Cover) Location: Lincoln (including Lincoln High Street, Brayford, St Marks) Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday) Hours: On average 35 hours per week (working 5 out of 7 days) Shifts: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00 more (flexibility required) Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence and have own vehicle (no public transport) About the Role Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is expanding its Retail Security team across the Lincoln area. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to join our relief team. This is a flexible, multi-site role where you will provide a strong and visible security presence across various Tesco locations, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused retail environment.
