As our Google Ads Manager, your mission is simple: run Google Ads like a pro and drive massive impact from day one. We’re not looking to train someone up—we’re looking for a seasoned expert with the scars (and wins) to prove it. You’ll be the person setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with precision. You’ll bring deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, CRM tracking integrations, and performance-driven strategy.
If you’ve been running high-performing Google Ads accounts for at least 5 years, thrive on data, sweat the small stuff, and have top-tier communication skills—this is the role you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of Google Ads strategy and execution across multiple home service clients
- Set up, monitor, and optimize search, display, video, and local service campaigns
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and CRM tracking integrations to ensure reliable attribution
- Conduct in-depth performance audits and provide clear, actionable insights
- Report results and strategies with confidence and clarity—no fluff, just facts
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Deep expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, tag implementation, and CRM integrations
- Outstanding attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Clear and fluent written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable)
- A data-first mindset and a relentless drive for results
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with confidence
Bonus Points
- Experience running ads for home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and major CRMs
- You've helped scale ad budgets profitably past the six-figure mark
