One of my well-established manufacturing clients, based in Bradford, easily commutable from Bradford, Leeds, Halifax and Huddersfield, has a new opportunity for a Communications & Marketing Executive to support the Operations Director.
The position involvesGraphic editing, using CAD so I need your additional Media skills to aassist in the creation of 3D visuals using the design software to quickly demonstrate new and conceptual designs.
The Role –
As a senior member of the marketing team your role will be to support the growth of revenue and margin by coordinating and executing a commercially aligned marketing plan that build awareness, driving lead generation and sales through existing and prospective customers.
You will coordinate and drive strong, customer-focused marketing campaigns that support key business objectives and KPI’s.
You will be responsible for promoting company products channels, services and brand by via varied channels, with freedom to influence existing branding and create new ideas around the marketing and brand strategies and budgets.
You will also be required to manage and optimise digital functions, including websites, lead generation for the sales teams and presence on social media.
Campaign planning – in close co-operation with, and to achieve the objectives of the Operations Director.
Expansion of social media activities and support to other departments in this area.
Organising and attending events with corporate partners such as conferences and exhibitions.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years’ B2B marketing experience with proven ability to meet and exceed targets within a B2B Manufacturing, Construction or Retail environment desired.
Copy writing, story origination/development of Media planning, campaign delivery
Exhibitions/events – management of exhibitions and events from identification of events to delivery
Website digital – content management. Use of e-marketing, social media content.
CRM – proactive use of a CRM system.
Lead generation
New product launch, marketing campaigns
Communications
Data performance reporting
Management strategic meetings
Proven experience marketing strategically in a current commercial market.
