Housing Disrepair Associate - Nottingham - Hybrid Working (2 office / 3 home) - £55,000 DOE + Bonus
My client is a top tier UK law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Housing Disrepair Associate for their office in Nottingham. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Solicitors on high-value, complex social housing claims, while also managing your own caseload that will include:
1. Housing disrepair
2. Statutory nuisance claims
3. Anti-social behaviour and injunctions
4. Possession proceedings
5. Housing-related personal injury claims
Experience:
6. 2+ years' experience handling housing disrepair matters
7. Strong litigation experience
8. Confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performing team
