Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Business Development Manager to kick-start their career in sales. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will receive full training and support to develop your skills while using HubSpot CRM to build and manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential new clients and markets.
* Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and ensure data accuracy.
* Support outreach campaigns through emails, calls, and LinkedIn engagement to generate new leads.
* Learn how to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — with guidance and mentoring.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials with support from senior colleagues.
* Track performance metrics and produce pipeline reports using HubSpot dashboards.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align inbound leads with outbound prospecting efforts.
* Attend networking events and trade shows as part of your development into a client-facing role.
Skills & Qualities Required
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related subject.
* Interest in building a career in business development and sales.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Highly organised, with good attention to detail.
* Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn HubSpot CRM.
* Proactive, ambitious, and resilient, with a drive to succeed.
