By joining Rolls-Royce, you’ll have the opportunity to work on world-changing projects, supported by a culture that champions inclusivity, creativity, and your professional growth.**What you will be doing:*** Provide a single point of contact to all stakeholders within Rolls-Royce and the supplier ecosystem.* Management and coordination of the overall solution and activities of all Suppliers, business stakeholders, and business users.* Facilitation of Project Meetings and Steering Boards.* Create, maintain and progress the Integrated Programme Plan throughout the project duration, detailing all activities, inter-dependencies and milestones for the Suppliers, Rolls-Royce, and all Third Parties required to deliver the programme.* Communicate the Integrated Programme Plan with all stakeholders on a regular basis and maintain status of the plan to ensure there is alignment to achieve the required objectives.* Manage, co-ordinate and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the project activities.* Chair meetings to ensure a consolidated delivery between all vendors and to track progress across the entire project.* Production and dissemination of periodic delivery reports, incorporating information received from suppliers and third parties.* Hold weekly review meetings to discuss progress and identify any blockers.* Management of issues, risks, and escalations in relation to the scoped activities* Engage and manage technical resources to understand requirements and facilitate design activities.* Create and maintain the standard Project Management documentation (Change & RAID log, etc.)* Financial management of project delivery activities using agreed systems and templates.**What you’ll get:****Great salary and benefits**On top of your salary and equivalent of 33 days’ holiday a year, you’ll get generous pension contributions (up to 12%), access to employee support assistance and employee discounts, free parking.
