About the Role
Our team has an opportunity for a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and administration of employee benefits – including DC pension, insurance and wellbeing across the UK businesses with an approximate headcount of 4,000. The role requires accurate day‑to‑day delivery of pension and benefit programmes, reporting (data analysis / advanced Excel / building storytelling dashboards), presenting, attending industry events and strong vendor management.
What You’ll Do
* Manage the day‑to‑day administration of pension benefits programmes across the UK including data input.
* Monthly pension and benefit payroll processing.
* Oversee annual renewals, eligibility processes, enrolments and reporting.
* Partner with the People Services, HRIS and Payroll teams to maintain accurate benefit, payroll and HRIS data.
* Act as the primary point of contact for benefit enquiries.
* Oversee fleet administration of company and salary‑sacrifice cars.
* Oversee invoice reconciliation and processing.
* Manage the monthly pension auto‑enrolment processes and loading of the monthly pension contributions.
Vendor and Consultant Management
* Coordinate relationships with external consultants, brokers, insurers and pension administrators.
Employee Communication and Education
* Develop and deliver engaging benefit communication materials.
* Update internal intranet content regularly.
* Attend and deliver benefit presentations to new joiners and employee townhalls.
Data Analytics
* Analyse benefits data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
* Create and present dashboards, reports and summarise key insights for the benefits team and the wider people team.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in DC pension and benefits administration in the UK.
* Fleet administration skills.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in engaging with employees at all levels.
* DC Pension and Benefits subject‑matter expertise.
* Staying abreast of legislation and industry trends to deliver benefits that help to retain, engage and motivate employees.
* Experience presenting to leadership and employees internally and at industry events.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
