Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Recruitment Team on a fixed-term basis as a Recruitment Coordinator. This role will support the Direct recruitment team in delivering high-volume recruitment across the group. The role will be responsible for managing a busy requisition workload, partnering with hiring managers and operational teams to ensure staffing requirements are met in a timely fashion as well as ensuring best recruitment practices are implemented. The role will be key in driving exceptional candidate experience through the whole end-to-end recruitment process from initial attraction to onboarding.
Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:
* Volume Recruitment Delivery – Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously for Warehouse Operatives, Production Operatives and Drivers across multiple sites. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, including supporting and advising hiring managers on best practice through screening and selection process.
* Candidate Management – Act as main point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process, managing communications and updates efficiently to maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
* Talent Pipelining / Sourcing - Support with talent sourcing activities and proactively source candidates through innovative sourcing strategies to attract high volumes of candidates quickly. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for repeat and hard-to-fill roles.
* Stakeholder Management – Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders, providing expert advice on recruitment practice, market trends and best practice to continuously drive and improve candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
* Compliance & Reporting – Ensure that roles are maintained and correctly reported in ATS system, Support in ensuring candidates are progressed quickly through the recruitment workflow to ensure accurate KPI and date recording
Qualifications

* Proven experience in a high volume and fast-paced recruitment environment
* Confident communicator who can build strong relationship with stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience proactive talent attraction and sourcing methods
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
