Join Our Therapy Team as a Senior Rotational Occupational Therapist at William Harvey Hospital
We are excited to offer a new opportunity to become part of our Therapy Team. This role involves rotations through core and specialist areas within the acute hospital setting, providing excellent opportunities for professional development. Current rotations include working in the Emergency Department with our Therapy and Discharge Service (TADS), Medical, Trauma and Orthopaedics, and Critical Care.
The successful candidate will assist the team leader in planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating the therapy services provided to patients within their specialty.

Main Duties
1. Manage a daily clinical caseload of patients, conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and providing specialized therapy advice to the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
2. Deputize for the Team Leader on clinical and managerial issues within the team.
3. Participate actively in training within the Department to support new graduate Occupational Therapists, student therapists, therapy apprentices, and support workers, alongside other senior team members.
