Roles/Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and fault-find on a range of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
Complete scheduled maintenance visits in line with client and company standards.
Carry out reactive call-outs, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure all systems meet relevant British Standards and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the installation and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in a 1-in-5 call-out rota, providing excellent customer support.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience servicing and maintaining both fire and security systems preferred (junior engineers with a strong technical background will also be considered).
Good working knowledge of relevant BS and NSI standards.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational abilities.
