Key responsibilities of a Broadband Telesales Agent: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote broadband services. Understand customer needs and offer tailored broadband solutions. Handle sales leads and convert into customers. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Update and maintain the CRM system with customer details and sales progress. What Were Looking For:
Previous sales experience or similar desirable but not essential. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven individual. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Computer literate and the ability to use CRM software.
