Job Opportunity: Sales Support Team Member
A great opportunity has arisen in our fast-paced, highly successful Sales Support Team. You will be the first point of contact for all our distribution customers, managing their journey from start to finish and providing updates to the team and customers throughout the process.
Here, you will build long-term relationships with our customers and collaborate with all departments within the company, including sales, warehouse, administration, and production.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Process customer sales orders through the Sales Order Processing system.
2. Respond to customer communications and queries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Liaise with other departments to ensure orders and processes are on schedule.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills, both verbal and written.
* Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Professional yet friendly attitude.
* Commercial awareness.
* An interest in tiles, tile design, or design in general is advantageous but not essential.
