Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on behalf of schools based within Monmouth and its surrounding areas. We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education to support day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions on supply. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to pupils aged 5-11 years old. You will need to have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual learners. You will also be expected to plan and prepare lessons, assess pupil progress, and maintain accurate records of pupil attainment. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school. Having a valid UK Driving License will increase your opportunities to find work, as some of our client schools may be located in more rural areas of Monmouth and the surrounding areas.
