We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef of a lovely premium dining pub in Penshurst, Kent. This beautiful pub has a restaurant, private dining room and very large garden area with an outdoor kitchen. Their seasonal menus focus on province and showcase the best local ingredients Kent has to offer, sourced from local farms and producers.

The Person
The successful Head Chef will have the following:
Experienced head chef with a proven track record in a busy fine dining kitchen
A great, strong leader
Strong pub and restaurant background
Experienced in GPs, EHO and all required paperwork and regulations
Ability to train and develop chefs of all levels
Pre-opening experience preferred but not essential
Experience in building and working towards Bib Gourmand preferred but not essential
Truly passionate
Live local to Penshurst or have own transport
Personable and knowledgeable
