Overview
TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 3 (INTERVENTIONS) – Start date: as soon as possible. Band 4 £28,598 to £31,022 FTE (actual salary £25,228 per annum). Term time only, plus 2 weeks. Full time 5 days per week, 36.25 hours per week.
We are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Intervention) to support pupils within the SEND department to ensure that every child succeeds.

Responsibilities
* Promote self-esteem, encourage pupils to act independently and support academic and personal development.
* Maintain high expectations of pupils’ attainment and behaviour.
* Immersion in all aspects of school life and collaboration with teaching staff to support interventions.
* Provide targeted interventions to support pupils within the SEND department to ensure progress.
Qualifications
* TA3 qualification.
* GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Maths (essential for all TA posts).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Requirements
* Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 4:00 pm (36.25 hours per week).
* Passionate about interventions and working with young people.
