Role Requirements
Contract date: ASAP – 10th October 2024
Shift: Full-Time
Duties: Will be working with patients 14 to 65 years old. Engage in home visits, home working options are unfortunately not realistic in this role, if doctor is local partial home working in the day can be considered
Experience: 6 months community and early interventions experience, Ncap standards
