Duties
* Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet organisational goals.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
* Utilise CRM software to track donor interactions and manage relationships effectively.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that highlight fundraising initiatives.
* Organise events and activities aimed at raising funds and awareness for our cause.
* Conduct outreach efforts to engage potential donors through public relations strategies.
* Prepare reports on fundraising progress and outcomes for internal stakeholders.
Skills
* Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of successful campaigns.
* Strong marketing skills, including the ability to create compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
* Excellent relationship management abilities, fostering trust and engagement with donors.
* Proficiency in CRM software, particularly experience with Raiser's Edge is advantageous.
* Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
