Events Assistant
Responsible to:
Event Manager / Managing Director
Reporting to:
Events Manager

Swansea
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Support event directors/managers across all key event functions
* Supporting the events manager/team with administrative support
* Undertake basic office tasks (respond to queries, calls, general emails)
* Attend meetings as and when required to assist with event planning
* Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion

* Previous experience in mass participation events is a distinct advantage.
* Educated to A-Level standard. A degree is desirable, but not essential.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and competencies:
* I.T. skills and strong internet research abilities with the use of Microsoft applications.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Task and deadline prioritisation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Project management skills desirable.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as being comfortable with working weekends and on-site with early starts.
* Full driving license is essential.
* Passionate about events and running.
