We are looking for a highly motivated individual who would like to work at West Chemist. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be approachable and should be friendly,professional and be flexible whilst be willing to learn new skills, must be computer literate
This role involves is customer facing and therefore we would welcome anyone who can interact with patients and has a polite nature.
The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising products, assisting customers, improving sales and be a willing part of the working team.
What are our expectations:
* Provide excellent customer service, be polite + courteous to customers
* Use the EPOS system to serve customers
* Provide and support the team in delivering pharmacy services
* Maintain high standards of branch appearance through effective merchandising, housekeeping and cleaning
* Monitor the fridge temperature
* Sell medicines and handle prescriptions in line with the current pharmacy legislation and company policy
* Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adhere to the company dress code
* Follow the company SOPs and protocols
* Ensure that company housekeeping and date checking procedures are followed
* Report any matters affecting the company, customer service, security, etc. Maintain good relationships with the pharmacy team, feeding-back relevant customer comments and concerns with the aim of improving the customer experience
You will be required to take part in training courses appropriate for the role
The above list is not exhaustive. You may be required to perform other duties, those deemed reasonable by your Manager. Counter assistant and dispensary assistant experience/qualifications are preferable although not essential.
Part-time hours: Monday - Friday (flexibility to work weekends essential)
