About The Role
As CRM Communications Delivery Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the CRM team, owning the execution of campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Working closely with Marketing, Data Strategy, Creative, Promotions, and CRM Analytics teams, you’ll ensure all customer communications are delivered accurately, on time, and with maximum impact.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the campaign delivery engine, translating marketing briefs into high-quality customer journeys. You will embed best practices in personalisation, testing, and compliance, acting as a link between strategic planning and execution. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, collaboration, and fast-paced delivery.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across channels
* Build, QA, schedule, and deploy customer communications
* Implement automated and trigger-based journeys for lifecycle engagement
* Collaborate with Data Strategy for audience segmentation
* Work with Creative teams on asset workflows
* Embed A/B and multivariate testing processes
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and responsible gaming standards
* Support performance reviews with Analytics insights
* Manage stakeholder expectations and workflow prioritisation
* Contribute to tools and process improvements for efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience delivering CRM campaigns at scale across multiple channels
* Knowledge of CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign
* Attention to detail and ownership of delivery accuracy
* Understanding of personalisation, dynamic content, and customer journeys
* Strong organisational and communication skills for stakeholder management
* Experience in regulated industries with compliance standards
* Data-driven mindset focused on testing and continuous improvement
