As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will ensure the environment reflects your high standards. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although full training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude, good energy, and the ability to get along with people are essential. You should be a skilled communicator, attentive and considerate when interacting with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should be proactive in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
