Service Leader Level 2 – Community Integrated Care
Location: Edinburgh (Gilmerton)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, no on‑call duties.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care and support.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of two supported‑living services, promoting choice, independence and community engagement.
* Line‑manage a dedicated team of 22 staff and support their professional growth.
* Develop intensive support plans that ensure safety and quality of life.
* Drive service delivery with positivity, professionalism and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
* Upbeat, positive manner and genuine passion for supporting others.
* Experience working with individuals who require intensive support planning.
* Professional qualification in Health & Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 + supervisory units (Scotland) or Care Management Level 3 (England)).
* Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available).
* UK driving licence and own vehicle.
