Customer Service Adviser, Slough: Dealing with key clients and managing the accounts, this role will involve all areas of a busy Business to Business Customer Service.
· Providing leading edge "Proactive" & "Reactive" contact strategies to our customers· All ares of B2B Customer Service on telephone, email and occasional face to face onsite meetings· Measuring and reporting. Agree priorities and standards and then manage the CS team to deliver them.· Manage all customer service processes, remembering that we are becoming more proactive and engaging with customers.· Co-ordinate customer projects, including mobilisations, special events and bespoke requests from the customer.· Involvement in documenting customer processes.· Use of Excel and Salesforce
