Business Support Administrator - Community Specialist Division

We are looking for a flexible and well-organised Business Support Administrator to join our Community Specialist Services Division within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Based at one of our sites in Portsmouth, Southampton or Gosport, you will play a key role in supporting both patients and clinical teams by ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes. We have opportunities within Community Diabetes, Musculoskeletal services, and Primary Care. This is an exciting chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contribution will have a direct impact on patient care. Please see the Job Descriptions attached.
Working Hours:
Our services operate between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate may be required to work within these hours. Specific working patterns will be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job
*Act as a first point of contact for patients, families, and clinical colleagues.
*Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, appointment scheduling, filing, and general office duties.
*Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with NHS guidelines.
*Support the coordination of clinics, meetings, and service delivery as required.

* GCSEs in English & Maths grade C or 4 or functional skills equivalent
