Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience to manage a broad range of contentious matters, working with appropriate supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
The successful candidate will be proactive and ambitious, with a solid grasp of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience handling County Court claims. Familiarity with High Court proceedings and cost budgeting is also important.
Required Technical Expertise
* Debt recovery
* Construction disputes
* Commercial litigation
* Contract disputes
* Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
Additional Qualifications
In addition, the role would suit someone keen to contribute to the continued growth of the team, with an interest in supporting business development initiatives within the firm.
