With deep sector knowledge gained over 30 years, we are trusted by transport authorities, bus operators and rail operators worldwide. As Marketing Executive you will play a key role within our team. You will be instrumental in executing the marketing strategy, incorporating a broad range of programmes and promotional activities to support the company’s ambitious growth targets and build brand awareness, with a particular focus on digital marketing. This is a full time role, working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday but we can offer a degree of flexibility around start and finish times. The role is predominantly remote but would require 2 days in our offices either Bromsgrove or Sheffield. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Implement a marketing communications strategy and annual programme of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with the Head of Marketing and key stakeholders Work with colleagues to develop a deep understanding of our customers industry and translate this into compelling messaging Expand the company’s use of inbound and digital marketing to increase online engagement and attract new business opportunities Deliver the right mix of marketing activities to acquire new customers and retain our blue-chip client base including; social media marketing, content marketing, online advertising, email marketing, webinars, trade shows, industry networking, surveys and PR Create high-impact assets to underpin the company’s marketing programmes, including; emails, video, website content, presentations, social posts, brochures, blogs, case studies, white papers, presentations Supporting the organisation and management of events and exhibitions Work with external agencies as required Hone campaign messaging by acting on market intelligence, including analyst and competitor data, and through conducting market survey Requirements: A marketing or business-related degree Strong B2B digital marketing and communications experience A strategic thinker with creative flair, who loves developing ideas from concept through to implementation Excellent analytical skills, with an aptitude for translating technical concepts into business benefit In-depth digital marketing and social media knowledge and experience Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong networking, team building and stakeholder management skills Excellent copywriting skills and a perfectionist’s eye for detail Drive and determination to work to deadlines and deliver positive outcomes Excellent self-motivation Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 3 days paid leave for Christmas period shut-down 1 day’s paid leave to celebrate birthday Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office following end of probation/training) Private health care Life assurance Income protection scheme Company pension scheme EV car scheme Cycle-to-work scheme
