The client is transforming their marketing function to drive growth, improve patient access, and deliver measurable commercial impact. I am seeking a Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager to lead B2B and B2C marketing strategy, embed performance measurement, and provide a single source of truth for marketing effectiveness across the patient and referrer journey.
About the Role:
You will be the strategic and performance engine - setting direction, measuring impact, enabling scale, and ensuring marketing investment drives growth. This role combines strategy, analytics, insight, and performance management to ensure marketing investment delivers maximum impact while reducing reliance on manual activity and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies
2. Develop and maintain a marketing performance and ROI framework, providing clear visibility of outcomes across channels.
3. Establish a single source of truth for insight into patient and referrer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and spend efficiency.
