Operating across the UK, they design and build bespoke refrigeration systems and components, offering end-to-end solutions from concept through to installation. With a strong reputation for technical precision and reliability, they are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to add to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing company. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on servicing, fault-finding and repairing a range of refrigeration systems while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities for a Refrigeration Engineer:
Diagnose, fault-find and repair refrigeration systems and associated electrical equipment
Carry out planned preventative maintenance in line with service schedules
Troubleshoot electrical faults including control circuits, sensors and wiring systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and system diagrams
Complete accurate electronic job sheets and service reports
Liaise with internal teams to support quotations and remedial works
Advise customers on system operation and identify opportunities for improvement
Support with technical queries and provide fault-finding guidance internally
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (1-in-6)
Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety procedures
Key skills for a Refrigeration Engineer :
F-Gas qualified
Full UK driving license
Previous experience within refrigeration service and breakdown engineering
Strong refrigeration fault-finding and maintenance experience
Good practical knowledge of electrical systems and controls
Ability to diagnose faults across control panels, wiring, sensors and interfaces
Confident reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
Experience working with three-phase systems and low-voltage controls
