Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the team at Stirlings, our fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar, and lounge, nestled within the stunning Woodcote Park clubhouse. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
Inspire, manage, and develop the team to consistently achieve high performance and service standards.
Ensure every member enjoys an outstanding and memorable dining experience.
Oversee cost control, stock management and end-of-shift financial procedures.
Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations, always ensuring full compliance.
Actively support initiatives aimed at reducing the Clubs environmental impact.

Extensive knowledge and experience of delivering exceptional standards of service in a similar environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passionate about customer service
Monitoring and planning the budget
Intermediate Food hygiene
Awareness of Licencing laws
