As a Depot Manager, you will:
Lead and develop depot staff, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance
Drive operational performance by setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and implementing improvements
Ensure full compliance with health and safety, environmental regulations, and operator licence requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to local clients
Manage depot finances, including full P&L responsibility, cost control, and sustainable growth
Contribute strategically to the long-term vision and operational success of the depotWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Depot Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in logistics or service-based industries
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment
CPC and IOSH qualifications (desirable)
