VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Craigavon. Reporting to the Managing Accountant you will be responsible for a varied role within the finance function.

What youll do
 * Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
 * Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports.
 * Monitor time and attendance records.
 * Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers.
 * Prepare payroll journal entries.
 * Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
 * Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate.
 * Perform office administration tasks as needed.
About you
 * 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll experience
 * Working knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Team player
