Your Role:
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy boutique grooming salon.
* Lead, mentor and grow a team of skilled pet groomers to deliver outstanding results.
* Perform your own top-level grooms and maintain high personal grooming standards.
* Ensure all clients and pets receive the highest level of service and care.
* Drive rebooking, retail sales and salon performance.
* Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness and compliance with health and safety protocols.
