We're now looking for a Final Mile Optimisation & Analytics Manager to lead the charge in driving cost efficiency, process improvement and sustainable delivery performance across our nationwide Final Mile network. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you'll use data, innovation, and collaboration to transform how we deliver for our customers.

Lead cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives across the Final Mile network, ensuring Evri remains competitive, and customer focused.
Identify cost drivers and inefficiencies across the parcel journey from Delivery Unit to doorstep, turning insight into action.
Partner with regional teams to streamline workflows.
Apply lean logistics and continuous improvement principles whilst maintaining service quality.
Champion automation and digital tools to drive productivity and reduce manual interventions.
Use operational data (route efficiency, parcel volume, delivery success) to identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor key cost metrics such as cost per drop, failed delivery cost, and fuel efficiency.
Embed change through effective stakeholder engagement, training and performance tracking.
Influence senior leaders to champion a cost-conscious, efficiency-driven culture across the business.

Proven track record of delivering cost efficiencies within logistics, transport, or delivery operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-based analysis and solution design.
Background in project management, with experience collaborating with IT and operational teams.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience building business cases for process improvements and technology investments.
Flexible and adaptable - able to respond to shifting business needs while maintaining a “do the right thing” mindset.
