Your new role
As a Principal Arboricultural Consultant, you will play a key role in deliveringplex and high-profile projects across the UK. You’ll undertake BS5837:2012 surveys, produce and quality-assure reports, carry out tree hazard assessments (PTI/QTRA), and help develop arboricultural services for new and existing clients. You will also mentor and support junior consultants within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in arboriculture or equivalent experience
2. Extensive experience in tree surveying and BS5837:2012 reporting
3. Proven consultancy experience at senior level or above, ideally with mentoring responsibilities
4. Professional Tree Inspector (PTI) certificate
5. Strongmunication skills to build client relationships
6. Full UK driving licence
7. Knowledge of ArcGIS and CAD packages
8. Training in tree risk assessment methods (VALID, QTRA, TRAQ) is desirable.
