Delivery Manager (SaaS)
We’re on the lookout for a Delivery Manager (SaaS) for a leading point-of-sale organisation working on innovative technologies for household named clients in the dynamic retail space. You will join their best-in-class team, delivering complex technical projects & SaaS programmes, and translate customer needs into clear delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders at operational and leadership levels.
* Translate customer needs into clear delivery requirements and ensure expectations are effectively managed.
* Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple teams (engineering, data, product, QA, cloud operations).
* Drive delivery plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager.
* Proven track record delivering complex technical projects or programmes.
* Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams.
* SaaS environment experience preferred, ideally with exposure to Cloud environments and engineering teams that build APIs.
