Major Players are partnering with an independent, award winning, integrated agency to recruit for a Creative Producer. This is an incredible opportunity to join an ambitious team and make stand-out, best in class creative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with creative team to ensure projects are achievable within budget and timelines, spotting potential risks and offering smarter, cost-effective production solutions.
* Develop and deliver clear, detailed Scopes of Work (SoWs), manage kickoffs, briefings, reviews, and regular catch-ups, ensuring creatives, account teams, strategists, and clients are aligned on the brief, budget throughout the project.
* Independently run small to medium-sized productions and confidently oversee larger shoots, guaranteeing flawless delivery from PPMs and call sheets to insurance, contracts, and releases.
* Manage the post-production process, working closely with editors, colourists, sound, and VFX teams to keep delivery on track and true to the creative vision.
* Manage and evaluate external production companies, freelance producers, and vendors.
* Own manage all production finances, including POs, reconciliations, and budget updates.
* Lead supplier negotiations and ensure meticulous organisation of all production paperwork including usage rights and renewals.
* Own and grow your network of trusted crew, suppliers, and partners, always seeking out fresh talent to ensure inspiring production.
Experience required:
* Proven experience working in a creative agency on large-scale integrated campaigns, managing the end-to-end productions.
* Be commercially sharp, creatively driven and thrive in ambitious, creative environments.
* Be pro-active, organised and pragmatic, you need to be in the detail of budgets and timelines and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience
Office Location: East London
Office requirements: 2 days per week in the office
