Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic Kier Design team, based in Liverpool and/or Lincoln. This is your chance to be part of a top 25 Building Consultancy in the UK, working on exciting projects across various sectors, primarily in the built environment for both public and private clients.
Location & Hours
Location: Liverpool and/or Lincoln - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional office visits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - We offer flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when you reach out!

Your Responsibilities
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our Architecture & Building Consultancy team. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality, detailed drawings and specifications using REVIT. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Create detailed drawings and specifications in REVIT to ensure projects stay within budget.
* Contribute to planning applications and evaluate environmental and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the design team to develop and coordinate design information.
* Liaise with authorities to produce documentation for statutory approval.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You are skilled in REVIT, BIM, and relevant design software like AutoCAD and Adobe Design Suite.
* You have experience with NBS Create and knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
* You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
* You possess a keen attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving.
* Experience in education, blue light, or MOD/MOJ projects is a plus!
