Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home | Up to £55,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Registered Manager seeking your next opportunity?
We're hiring for a brand-new 2-bed EBD children's residential home in Portsmouth. You'll be joining a well-supported environment, led by a highly experienced Director and Responsible Individual with over 20 years of Management experience.
Your Role as Registered Manager:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing staff team
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations
* Manage budgets, placements, and key external relationships
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Manager in a children's residential home
* Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
* A passion for supporting young people and delivering positive outcomes
