My client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Electrical Installations Lecturer to join their dynamic growing Construction & Engineering team. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to students on Level 3 Electrical Installation and potentially T Level in Electrotechnical Engineering.
What you'll be doing:
* Teaching and assessing learners on a range of electrical programmes, ensuring industry standards and awarding body requirements are met.
* Inspiring students with up-to-date knowledge of electrical installation practices and emerging technologies.
* Supporting learners with their professional and personal development, preparing them for skilled employment and progression.
* Contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
What They're looking for:
A recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Electrical Installation / Electrotechnical Engineering.
Industry experience in the electrical sector.
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Assessor award would be desirable
Strong communication, organisational and motivational skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding education and supporting learners to achieve their career goals.
