Role Overview: You will be responsible for spearheading market presence and revenue growth in the UK. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in software sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing growth strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the dental industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental practices, clinics, group practises and enterprise accounts.
* Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
* Lead the existing team as well as hire, train and build going forward.
* Collaborate with cross functional and overseas teams.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in software sales, specifically within the dental industry.
* Strong understanding of the dental market in the UK.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel as needed
