Backed by a new round of funding, we’re building the leading Workforce Success Platform. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help take Connect to market – identifying opportunities, closing complex deals, and forging lasting client relationships.
You’ll work directly with high-profile enterprise and mid-market prospects across industries like hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. THE ROLE
As a Senior Account Executive, your primary focus will be acquiring new clients and expansion across a portfolio of accounts.
You will analyse customer challenges, identify key stakeholders, and expand their perspective on how Connect by Cocentric can revolutionise their organisation and its people.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategic Deal Ownership
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value opportunities: from discovery through solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Navigate complex buying cycles including legal, finance, and IT stakeholders.
* Tailor value propositions to align with client strategy, business cases, and organisational change.
Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting
* Collaborate with the Head of Growth and BDR Manager to shape account-based outreach strategies.
* Drive strategic prospecting into named accounts — focusing on vertical penetration, cross-sell, and multi-threaded entry points.
Pipeline Leadership
* Collaborate with BDRs to qualify and mature complex leads into late-stage pipeline.
* Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities across priority verticals or regions.
* Build and maintain accurate forecasts and deal strategies using CRM and sales methodology frameworks.
* Co-develop target account plans with Growth, BDRs, and Marketing.
Solution Selling and Proposal Development
* Craft compelling commercial proposals and support RFP responses when needed.
* Work with pre-sales and consulting teams to shape implementation approach and ensure solution fit.
* Deliver high-impact presentations and business cases aligned to client transformation or strategic outcomes.
Deal Forecasting and Reporting
* Maintain a strategic view of revenue projections, close dates, and deal stages.
* Drive accurate forecast reporting at the opportunity and territory level.
* Regularly contribute to forecast meetings and strategic pipeline reviews.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* You have 6+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role and can easily point to repeatable processes you’ve used for success.
* Proven success of navigating large organizations and understanding how our technology can drive value across multiple business units
* Have business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills, with a record of closed sales and client satisfaction
* Have excellent verbal skills, speaking English at a high professional level, with consultative professional business acumen
* Bonus points: experience in a product-led growth company with premium offerings
* You love getting answers. You use the internal resources and subject matter expertise at your disposal to really geek out on what you’re selling.
* Be detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
* You are a hunter. Following a lead, building relationships with internal champions, and closing deals gets your blood pumping.
* When you don’t know how to do something, you’ll admit it and make a quick assessment of whether it’s something you can figure out, if you’ll need help, and where that help should come from.
