Responsibilities
* Deliver great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
* Demonstrate and explain products and the practical aspects of our fitting services; learn product knowledge and skills through training.
* Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
* Contribute to a positive customer experience and support team performance.
Qualifications
* Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
* A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
* Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
