1. Key Inbox Monitoring
2. Parts Order Processing, consisting of Manual PDF emails, Online Purchasing and FTP Confirmation
3. Order confirmations and navigating supplier order queries.
4. Backorder Recovery
5. Purchase Goods Receipting
6. Service Job Sheet Closure
7. Accrual Queries
Experience required:
8. Administrative experience
9. Confident user of Microsoft
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Previous experience in a similar role
