* Inheritance tax mitigation andasset protection advice
* Use of lifetime trusts, often inconnection with Family Investment Companies
* Administration of estates (verytypically taxable estates or estates with some complicating factor)
* Administration of trusts
* Preparing and Registering LastingPowers of Attorney
* Applications to the Court ofProtection
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an establishedWills, Trusts & Probate Partner with strong private client experienceat either a national or top tier regional firm.
Candidates are required to haveexceptional knowledge of all areas of probate law and experience of providinghigh quality advice to a range of clients. The successful candidate will havethe ability to play a lead role on clients matters and effectivelysupervise junior members of the team. We would expect the successful candidateto have top quality connections in the market and, ideally, a degree ofclient following. We would expect the successful candidate to be STEPqualified.
Candidates will need todemonstrate high levels of technical skill and the ability to maintain strongclient relationships. Candidates are also required to demonstrate how they canpromote the WTP team and other legal services offered by the firm to existingand new target clients and obtain referrals from contacts and referrers.
The position would suit someonewith a good academic background and training who is looking to further developtheir career. Working within one of the North West's leading Private Client teams, they will be required to work well with experienced professionals within a team-orientated environment whilst maintaining high work standards.
