Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing property maintenance and repairs.
Duties:- Manage all aspects of tenancy agreements, including rent collection and lease enforcement- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally- Utilise CRN software for property management tasks- Perform data entry tasks accurately- Maintain an organised office environment- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants
Experience:- Proven experience in property management or a related field- Block management is advantageous- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
