Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
* Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.
* Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, reflecting the values of our establishment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
* Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
* A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
