The Role: Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Plan and implement a varied and challenging curriculum in line with the national curriculum and school's ethos. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure all students reach their full potential. Contribute to the development of the Geography department, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues. Participate in the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and pastoral responsibilities. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A strong academic background in Geography, with a deep understanding of the subject matter. Proven experience teaching Geography across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, with a passion for inspiring students.
