We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong roofing knowledge to oversee social housing projects across the region. This is a hands-on role managing roofing programmes from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Manage social housing roofing contracts and programmes

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to specification
*
Maintain high health & safety standards
*
Carry out site inspections and quality checks
*
Liaise with clients, housing associations, and residents
*
Monitor performance and provide regular reporting
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience managing contracts within social housing
*
Strong knowledge of roofing works (repairs, replacements, planned works)
*
Experience managing multiple projects
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence
Desirable: SMSTS, construction or roofing qualifications, experience with housing associations or local authorities.
