Residential Conveyancer – Street, Somerset
Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
An established Somerset law firm with a strong local presence is looking to expand its residential property team in its Street office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to a friendly, supportive practice.
The Role.........
* Manage your own caseload of residential property files
* Work with freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles
* Deal with a broad range of matters including:
o Sales & purchases
o Re-mortgages
o Shared ownership
o New builds
o Right to buy & help to buy
o Lease extensions & deeds of variation
What experience is required........
* Qualification as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Experience handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, client-focused approach
